A fun morning to start off the year - themed "the post 2020 womxn"

This event is geared towards encouraging ladies to shed their 2020 coats and rise to new possibilities lying ahead.

What time? 10am - 2pm

Where? Boundfit Studio

8 Frazzitta Business Park, Koeberg Rd and Freedom Way, Milnerton

Sequence of events:

10 - 10.30am - Arrival; collect your goody bag and walk around looking at the pop-up stalls

10.30am - 'How to train with a booty band' session + receive your free booty band gift

11am - 12.15 - Guest speakers:

"What 2020 has taught us about our finances and future proofing our financial legacy

"What does the post 2020 woman look like?"

Holistic Training - you don't need hours and hours to build a good body"

"Gen-XX - Do you know what you put into your body every 28 days or so?"

12.15 - 2pm - Snacks, retail therapy (pop-up stall shopping and spend your free vouchers)
